Easy Cupcake Cooking with the OvenArt Silicone Muffin Pan

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

I love baking in muffin pans because it helps with portion control for me and is the perfect size for a toddler meal. I have made breakfast cupcakes, creamy chicken florentine, mini meatloaves and toddler friendly banana chocolate muffins.

I hated used muffin tins before because no matter how many times you grease a pan they still tend to stick and make a mess especially with my breakfast cupcakes. I started cooking my breakfast cupcakes in silicone individual cups but that was kind of difficult to do because sometimes you would have to carefully fill them to make sure they wouldn't tip over. The ones I have also have a fluted cup so it was difficult to clean in the little crevices.

My problems were solved when I got to try the OvenArt Silicone Muffin Pan. It is a safe, BPA-free, filler-free, and worry-free silicone bakeware. I love that it is safer to use than metal pans with a non-stick coating that can come out and leach into the food after frequent use.

I have used it make all of the recipes above and it is super easy to clean with a sponge and detergent. No soaking required!

You can also use it to individually freeze leftovers and microwave it to heat it up. You can't do that with a metal pan!

To order a pan for yourself and get a 50% discount click on this link: http://www.amazon.com/OvenArt-Silicone-Bakeware-BPA-Free-Nonstick/dp/B00CNVBCLK/and use this code 5VK8SNJ3.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

  16. I've always preferred metal pans, but you're making me have a change of heart. I learned new stuff from you today and this is my favorite: "You can also use it to individually freeze leftovers and microwave it to heat it up. You can't do that with a metal pan."
